About proposing and selling.
What does it cost to propose my home?
Nothing. Proposing it and going through the curation is free, and there is no membership. If the home makes it into The Espacio 54 Curated selection, the terms of the sale or rental are agreed in writing, home by home, before we show it. If you work with an agency, the commission is shared with them.
What is The Espacio 54 Curated selection?
A curated selection of design homes and rentals in Mexico. It is not a portal with thousands of listings: few homes get in, each one with its own written note (design, materials, light and place).
What happens if my home does not make the selection?
We tell you plainly, and we tell you why. Sometimes it is a matter of photos or missing information; sometimes the home is simply not for this selection, and we say that too.
Who handles the people who are interested?
Leo, from the Espacio 54 team, answers everyone directly on WhatsApp and coordinates the visits. Your contact details are never published.
Can you help me with the photos?
Yes. If the home needs it, we arrange professional photography before showing it. The optional services are listed under Services.
