E54 Real Estate, S.A. de C.V. (“Espacio 54”), at Av. Corregidora 544, Casco Urbano, 66230 San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, is the data controller responsible for your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

When you use espacio54.com, canterareal.com, the Espacio 54 apps for iPhone and Android, our WhatsApp Business line +52 81 3602 3343, contact forms, Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) or Airbnb stays operated by Espacio 54, we may collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• What you are interested in (a lot, a home, a stay)
• The messages you send us through those channels
• Where the contact came from (campaign, form, ad)
• If you open an account: the account’s email and name, your saved homes and your saved searches

The Espacio 54 app is a window onto the same website: it collects nothing on its own. It bundles no camera, location or storage libraries, no advertising or third-party analytics SDK, it does not track your activity across other apps or websites, and on Android the only permission it declares is internet access. While you use it we know the same about you as if you opened espacio54.com in a browser: what you tell us in a form or over WhatsApp, plus the cookies described in section 7.

If you have an account you can delete it — along with your personal data and your activity — from the app or the website at espacio54.com/dashboard/eliminar-cuenta. You can also request it by email at info@espacio54.com.

We process your personal data to:

• Answer your request for information about what we show
• Arrange site visits, quotes, bookings and transactions
• Put you in touch with whoever handles that home — someone at Espacio 54 or the agency that holds it exclusively — so you get a real follow-up
• Let you know when something that matches your interest joins the selection
• Meet the contractual and tax obligations of a transaction

Your data may be shared with:

• The agency that exclusively holds the home you asked about, where the shared commission is agreed in writing case by case (3%). There is no membership and no paid network.
• Notaries and tax or legal advisors, in order to close a transaction
• The services we run on: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Meta (WhatsApp Business and advertising), Resend and Gmail (email)

We do not sell your data or hand it to third parties for purposes other than the ones described here.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, or object to how we process it. To exercise any of these, write to info@espacio54.com with your full name, an official ID and your specific request. We answer within 20 business days at most.

The site — and therefore the app, which displays it — uses functional cookies (remembering your session and the language you chose) and aggregate usage measurement through Vercel Analytics. You can turn them off in your browser; your session and language choice will stop being remembered.

We may update it. The date of the latest update appears at the top, and material changes are announced on espacio54.com.
