How To Propose Your Home For A Curated Selection

If you have published on other portals, you know the problem: your photos compete with thousands of low-quality listings. That lowers the perceived value of your property even if yours are professional.

Espacio 54 reverses the model. The Espacio 54 Curated selection is not a portal: it is a short selection of design homes and rentals in Mexico, chosen one by one, each with its own curatorial note. Your home appears alongside others of the same level, and whoever sees it already knows that someone chose it.

What We Look At

1. Design and Materials

Architecture with an idea behind it: how the light enters, what materials were used, how it relates to the place. It does not have to be by a named architect; it has to show judgment.

2. The Photos

We need at least 8 photos that show the home as it really is: sharp, well lit, without watermarks from other brokers or screenshots. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what to improve.

3. The Curatorial Note

If it passes the screening, we write the note: why this home and not another. That text is published with the listing and is what makes the selection mean something.

What It Costs

Nothing. There is no membership, plan, or fee to enter the selection: they were removed in September 2026.

  • If you are the owner: you propose your home, we review it, and if it is accepted, we agree on the terms in writing, case by case.
  • If you are a real estate agency and have the exclusive listing: you propose it the same way and we share 3% in writing, home by home. No memberships or upfront payments.

Leo, from the Espacio 54 team, assists interested parties directly by WhatsApp: there is no call center or forms that get lost.
