We look at your photos one by one and tell you what to change, what to reshoot and what is missing. It is the same eye we use on everything we consider for the selection.

Producing your home

Photography + writing + reach · one week

Your home photographed properly and written about properly: a professional shoot, the copy written by someone who knows how to write about houses, and its reach on social. The material is yours, wherever you end up using it.

· The listing copy written by hand, not generated
· 3 social posts (Facebook and Instagram) over the month
· A closing report: what moved and what did not
· The photos and the copy are yours to keep

A market report for your area

$500 MXN

PDF · delivered in 48 hours

What is being asked and what is being paid around your home. Useful for setting a price before you sell, or for holding it in a negotiation.

· Price per m² in the area today, from three measurements
· Active and sold comparables from the last 6 months
· Trend against last year and a 12-month outlook
· A recommended price with its range, not a loose number
· A 5-7 page PDF with the data and the charts
